Mom and Visual Fox Pro insufficient memory

I have a new computer running XP. I am trying to get back my mom version 3, but I get the message

Visual FoxPro insufficient memory.

Can you help me fix this?

Try to run it as a windows 98

try it on a 20gb hard drive

we have tried these tricks when running some old dos prog.
