Using Sitelink Without the Sitelink Plugin in MOM

Given that expense, I'm still looking for a 3rd party cart solution. The prices appear to vary widely, but most of them are still cheaper than upgrading MOM.
The guy at Global Web Cart has been nice, but it appears to be a one-man show, and he's been too busy to take my business.

Freeportway seems OK, but with $900 set-up, and $850 per month, it's no bargain. I might be able to use their "silver" package for $375, but my online orders are right around the cutoff of max orders per month, so it jumps from $375 to $850. Where's the middle ground?
I'm still searching. Wish me luck!

Its true, there are a lot of one-person shops out there trying to do the MOM thing.
Freeportway is a company thats been in business since 2000 and has a staff
of employees dedicatd to our M.O.M. based product line (BizSync), so you can be
assured that we're never "too busy" for sales or support.
Just to clarify...
The jump from $375.00 to $850.00 is simply because the $850.00 is a dedicated
server (dedicated hardware). The Silver Plan is a shared solution.
There is a middle ground with our plans pricing.
If you're interested in expanding the Silver Plan, please send [email protected]
e-mail with your requirements for a quote. We have what we call a "Silver Plus" plan
which would probably be where you'd like it to be, it has more bandwidth, more
orders per month and its around the $575 per month range (depending on options).
I should point out that ALL of our plans are customizable in that they can be shaped and
designed for the customers needs. If there is something you don't see or need, just ask.
For example, the Gold Plan, this is a "base price" we've had customers add load balancing,
redundancy, and even firewall hardware -- this of course is not in the "plan", but its
something that is requested as the customer provides their requirements.
Hope this helps.

I've just read Neal's response to the Basket-Only option for SiteLink, (never heard about it before, and yes I have a support contract) and while that might work for my needs, it also requires that I upgrade to Mail Order Manager 5.0. Sorry, but this project is not worth shelling out $14,000 just to upgrade to 5.0. That figure doesn't even include the Basket-Only pricing. I rejected the upgrade simply because I couldn't justify the cost given the limited features that were added. IMHO, that release should have been numbered 4.4.
Given that expense, I'm still looking for a 3rd party cart solution. The prices appear to vary widely, but most of them are still cheaper than upgrading MOM.

Hello All,
I was a sitelink user. I am currently setting up an ecommerce site with CommerceV3. I would be happy to give you a conversion/setup and a results review once the site is established with them.
Kindest Regards,
