I recently discovered that my old oversize 1 packages which now also show dimensions are not calculating UPS rates correctly.
I have a 7.7 lb. package that is listed as Oversize 1 with dimensions of 46 X 22 X 5 (value $150) that gets a charge of $21.81 in MOM.
If I change the Oversize 1 status to Regular, the charge will be $12.29 in MOM.
When I checked with UPS World Ship, I got a charge of $12.14
That's a 77% rate increase!
Apparently, when you enter dimensions, you need to remove the Oversize designation.
Can anyone confirm this is a fact or are you surprised also?
