Automatic Shipping Method?

I know that you can set a default shipping method for a particular item. Is it possible to set the shipping method to be automatically chosen based on the zip code of the address? For example, this a very loose example, Any zip code starting from 0-4 be shipped via UPS Standard, and any zip code beginning with 5-9 be shipped via UPS Express? And have that automatically inserted into the order?
