First off I think that it is great to finally find a MOM forum. Hopefully I will not have to call Dydacomp support as much. (I could tell you most of the names of the employees in tech support.
)I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with item numbers dissappearing during order entry. I have a user who starts a new order for a customer, he types in an item #, hits enter to go to the quantity field and the item number is gone, but the item description appears in the item description field. This happens to this user probably 3-4 times a day. (he enters 20-30 orders a day) No one else has this problem. I have created new profiles for him and tech support had me 'zap' some files with the dbfutils(?) tool. Tech support says that other users have reported this and a fix is in the works. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced it.
