item number dissappears when entering order

Hello everyone,

First off I think that it is great to finally find a MOM forum. Hopefully I will not have to call Dydacomp support as much. (I could tell you most of the names of the employees in tech support. :))

I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with item numbers dissappearing during order entry. I have a user who starts a new order for a customer, he types in an item #, hits enter to go to the quantity field and the item number is gone, but the item description appears in the item description field. This happens to this user probably 3-4 times a day. (he enters 20-30 orders a day) No one else has this problem. I have created new profiles for him and tech support had me 'zap' some files with the dbfutils(?) tool. Tech support says that other users have reported this and a fix is in the works. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced it.
