Without any settings being changed to a user id, it seems that an employee is suddenly unable to remove line items from an order, adjust discount, adjust quantity. The employee is able to enter line items and the inital quantity but now cannot make any adjustments after the fact.
I'd appreciate if someone could assist me by telling me what can affect a user's ability to make adjustments to line items on an order. I am fairly certain it is not how the user-id is setup in M.O.M. but if one could let me know all factors that can affect that, I'd be grateful.

On occasion I have had to create new users to get around this type of problem. You set up the permissions but for some reason the user is not able to do what you want them to do. I know that is not the answer you are looking for but it might be a temporary solution. If you get an answer post it back here I would like to know too.
