Agent Manager Query - Event id 21103

We have 2 DCAMs and one dedicated SQL server and 30 agents
with the management of these agents split between 2 DCAMs.
I assume that because we have 2 DCAMs within one
configuration group the agents are aware of both DCAMs for
failover purposes.

No changes have been made recently to the configuration,
but when we run a scan of all computers via the Agent
Managers - Event id 21103 is generated on both DCAMs
(Agent Manager managing computers previously managed by
another AM).

A number of agents then appear in the Pending Installation
folder with a status of Uninstall which I cannot
understand.

Neither of the DCAMs are offline (certainly not for the 48
hour uninstall period delay), however the Managed Computer
Rules for the 1st set of agents are not on the redundancy
DCAM.

Would this have any effect on downloading of rule changes
to the agents as this also seems to take a very long time
and not take effect.
