At the point where you are entering customer information, you are given the chance to double-click on "E-Mail" to send it; provided you have an e-mail address entered in that field.

My question is, is it possible to limit that capability to only one workstation? Not all workstations have an internet connection enabled.

I don't want a person using a workstation without an internet connection to be able to load Outlook through M.O.M.

That will effect all stations regardless. There is no way to turn off that feature.

You can "batch" all of those emails from one workstation.

Even though it is enabled at each workstation.

Just make sure that the "non-Outlook" workstations DO NOT click on "SEND ON SAVE".

MOM takes all of the emails and send them to BATCH PROCESSING. (STAGE SIX). This way...you can then run STAGE SIX BATCH from the one workstation that has internet access.

This way...each station can "send" a customer notice to a client..but it will not require them to be connected to the Internet or have Outlook installed on their machine.

Hope this helps.
