We are having a problem with the back ordered items in MOM. The status is changing from BO to CM when we download and import our web orders. Does anyone have an idea on what's going on or know what data MOM keys off of to think it needs to change statuses from BO to CM?
Thanks!

Hmmm... got me there!
BO status for existing orders should NOT be changing just because you download/import orders. BO status is only supposed to change to CM if someone has "Process Updates To Inventory" after receiving product. This utility then scans all orders with BO product to see if it can now fulfill those orders with items that are now in stock.
If you put an item on an order and it shows CM, you can then Change Status of that item to BO. However, the next time you run the above stage it will re-commit. So, is your inventory off? If you don't have the item in stock, but MOM thinks you do, you may have to adjust inventory to keep from having to babysit.

Yeah! Inventory is off. Thanks! That appears to be the root of my problem.
