Major help needed asap. After doing a sitelink upload and adding an additional workstation yesterday, MOM closed and will not open again. Anyone know what the startver an usercode not found means. Those are only the first two errors. there are ten more after those. I can still see all the data in the momwin folder

You have done it while some user was still in mom remember never upgrade until everybody it logs out of Mom

Here the fix that i have found it my snips

We've gotten this message several times. Try this:

1. Find the Start.sav file in the MOMWIN folder and copy it to the
desktop
2. Rename the Start.sav file (you've copied to the desktop) to
Start.dbf
3. Copy the Start.dbf file back into the MOMWIN folder.

Or you can retrieve the Start.dbf file from the latest backup and
overwrite
the Start.dbf file in the MOMWIN folder.
