good afternoon,

My name is Kirsten Hilger, we are currently establishing a trading company in Germany with production facilites in Egypt.
After going through the demo CD the executive team is pleased with the complexity of MOM and SiteLink; though we have concerns.

Besides the issue of arabic language for factory and warehouse employees, we wonder how their would do with such a complex and disciplined system?

Does anybody has some experience using MOM with employees of a third world country?

Myself and my team would be grateful receiving any feedback

Kirsten

Hi Kristen,

Your question is rather complex. Is there any portion of the software that you would like to address? MOM is extremely intuitive as you may have discovered from the demo. I have no experience with employees from developing nations but I can assure you that anyone with basic computer skills can be trained to use MOM.

I'd like to hear some of your concerns with the system.

Best,

David

DISCLAIMER: Always backup your MOMWIN folder before attempting to perform any updates, testing, etc. Once you blast the data away it's gone forever.
My advice is based on my 8 years of experience with MOM and Dydacomp. If you are not comfortable with data manipulation then hire someone who is.
