I have created a link with my collection of Report Writer files at the following location:

I really want to get these posted individually so people can ask questions on a 1 by 1 basis.

Hi Dana,
Great idea. Is it possible to get the download section working on momfaq.com or should I get to work on posting these files separately?
Best,
Dave

The download section was a bad call since there is no way to update it with the rest of the site. I need to stay with something that is easy to update with the rest of the site for security reasons and attaching them to posts is just about as good as a separate download system.
I would post them separatly so people can comment on them individually.
Thanks,
Dana

This report checks your database for any line items that have the status of "OD" but do not have a matching record in the purchase order table.

This report grabs all uncompleted POs that are older than 10 days (this time frame can modified in Calculations : Calculated Field by changing the value within xDaysAgo from 10 to whatever), then prints all vendor reports separately to be faxed over to every manufacturer.
All pertinent info (ie. Vendor name, fax number, account number, etc.) is visible on the report so that any worker can perform the task without thinking.
Helpful Tips:
1. The Dell logo should be replaced with your own logo, unless you are Dell
2. The fax number (in bold in the middle of the Page Header field) should be changed to your own fax number (right-click to edit)
3. Some people may want to delete the INSTRUCT3 field in the upper right-hand corner. We use that field for pertinent info, but realize it may introduce non-pertinent info for other users.
4. As always, you may need to re-map to point to the location of your MOM directory (Database : Master Table and Database : Relations).
Who's next?
Chris
