Hi,

I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to insert images for the product we have in MOM. I follow the on screen instructions to a tee (click Edit/Insert Object then find your image), but when it's all said and done, it just throws up the broken window icon and states the name of the file. Upon double clicking/hitting enter it pulls up the image in photoshop.

What I'm trying to do is have the picture available in MOM itself, instead of a link and a broken image icon. We've done this once before in the past, so I know it is possible.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

1. Open the stock item information and click on the 'Extended Info' tab.

2. If there is already an image selected, click on the 'Select' button next to 'Image File Location' and then click on 'Cancel'. The image should now be gone as well as the location of the image. If using MOM 4.3, click on the Delete button.

3. Left-click once on the gray area above the Image File Location then click 'Edit -> Insert Object' in the menu bar at the top.

4. Scroll down the list until you find 'Paintbrush Picture' and click OK.

5. Select 'Edit -> Paste From' in the menu bar the find the location of the image. If the image is different that a .bmp, just click on the 'Files of Type' drop down menu and select the one you want.

6. If you want the whole image to appear, select 'Yes' when asked if you want the bitmap enlarged.

7. Click once on the white area outside of the image then click 'Save'.

8. When you look at that stock item again the image should be there and not the icon.
