Just wondering if anyone is sending an automated notice via email or fax to the customer when a order is entered in MOM. We send a shipping notice, but we would like to send an order notice just after the order is entered.

Just wondering if anyone is sending an automated notice via email or fax to the customer when a order is entered in MOM. We send a shipping notice, but we would like to send an order notice just after the order is entered.
In MOM 4.3 the email looks like crap. The formatting is horrible.
Plain text or rich text if you use word but still.. horrible.

My advice is based on my 8 years of experience with MOM and Dydacomp. If you are not comfortable with data manipulation then hire someone who is.
