Zip code update

I found a update for the zip code but no read me or anything on the install. Anyone ever installed this update? Its a .exe file, maybe I just run it in the momwin folder when everyone is logged out?? :blink:

the support site where you downloaded file has a detailed document how to update rates, shipping zones, and zip codes.
