Has anyone found a CRM package that fully intergrates with MOM? We are looking for a way to properly manage our customer interaction via both email and phone calls.
Here are the features we are looking for:
- Ability to queue inbound emails so various reps can response without the same email being answer by multiple reps.
- Ability to connect the emails to an account in MOM so issues or questions are easily found later.
- Centrally manage and share all customer service issues.
- Understand frequency of certain incidents to improvethe customer experience.
- Measure our responsiveness to the customer needs.
Right now we are using the Telemarketing module to manage the inbound/outbound calls but that doesn't solve the email. Does anyone have a better solution or any ideas? Is Dydacoomp planning on releasing a CRM module?
