Hi,
Is anyone else surprised at the lack of reponses and or help from Dydacomp on M.O.M. issues that are posted here? The only section that ever gets any real Dydacomp interaction is Sitelink by Neal. I understand that they want users to call in so they can confirm that they are paying for support and all, but come on. I believe more users would pay for support if they knew that they could get answers here, over the phone or otherwise. It would also show that Dydacomp does care.
It would seem fairly easy and inexpensive to have a member of the support staff read the questions and answer them once a day. Just by contributing to the forum they could make the software better for all involved. Instead they pretend that the only topic that exists is Sitelink.
Just venting.....

Hey,
I second that motion!! Take a look at AbleCommerce as an example. They sell their product (just like MOM does) and offer a forum like MOMFAQ for users and techsupport to interact.
I know that is a selling point in my books.
Cheers,
