Hi,
We are looking for a way to email tracking numbers to customers for our drop ship orders. We enter the tracking numbers into MOM but have not good way of emailing them. Some of our vendors can take weeks to send the invoice for the order so the item status remains unshipped. (OD) We have tried creating a notice but it leaves the shipped date empty thus creating confusion. Any ideas?
