I am the only one having issues with my sitelink store or are ther others that cannot bring their site up. I got an email at around 3 AM saying the site is down and I still cannot get anything. Right now I am dead in the water.

We are down too ..
www.dydacomp.com is down ....
When you dial any of their support phone numbers, it says they have been disconnected ...
WHAT IS GOING ON ?!?!?!?
We didn't get an email from them saying we would be down. I checked a few other dydacomp-hosted sites and they are down too ... we are all in the DARK.
This is INSANE.

I called their 24/7 support line and left a message. At least the cell phones still work. Dydacomp must be running around like a bunch of chickens without any heads. Talk about your OT.

I just called the sales line and finally got through.
The person who answered said "Yeah, we lost power for a few minutes"
Ummm.. No. Try at least SIX HOURS so far.
He said "Oh, well we just got into the office and realized the power was out, but we got it back on and everything should be ok now."
Where is 24/7 support ? I'm sure they received several messages prior to 9:00.
Our site is still down, but I am encouraged, as there is now a sign of life in Totowa.

Well it seems like things are back up for me. I think I will drop those guys a concerned message asking their definition of 24/7 support. I was always told they test the site every 30 minutes for problems. It would have fooled me! Also if they host that many sites why is there no back up generator? Oh well now I can do some work.
