Printing multiple pick lists

My client made an interesting request. They print pick lists and shipping labels (UPS), they NEVER print invoices. Currently, if an order contains 5 line items, there is one pick list and 5 shipping labels (all items ship in their own boxes). What they would like to do is get one pick list/label combination per line item without having to create individual orders for each line item. Has anyone managed to do this?
