How flexible and automated are MOM's continuity features? Can continuity products be offered through SiteLINK?

We need to be able to setup the system so that an "upsell prompt" alerts the CSR that an item is available for less $$ if the customer enrolls in a continuity program. Then we need to be able to adjust the shipping frequency "on the fly" during order entry (in other words, we don't want to be limited to "every 30 days, etc." but would like to be able to override the default shipping interval during order entry to better match the customers consumption pattern.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
