The Subscription Module Does anyone use it, and if so, what for?

My company is trying to use the subscription module in MOM to manage a current existing database for a natonal publication. We first had to go to MOM Helpers and have them create a program to import the existing info, as no import functionality currently exists for subscription databases which already exist.

My question is: Has anyone here used MOM in this way (to manage a magazine or any other publication), or do you know of anyone who has used the subscription module at all? Any information anyone has relating to the subscription module would be great. Thanks!
