MOM and Terminal servers Momwin fails to initialize (0xc0000006)

Momwin fails to initialize (0xc0000006) When this occurs a user can not open MOM. All other users currently logged into MOM appear to be working without issue. The only option we have found that works is to have everyone log out of MOM on the affected terminal server. After everyone logs out then users can log on again.
