Hello....

First off, thank you Dana for making this site, what a great resource. I will definitely let people know.

Onto my problem. Recently had trouble with ad/spyware, ultimately had to reload the machine. Had made a ghost copy of the hard drive to move certain programs back in that were needed. MOM being on of the them.

After doing all that we have problem when printing both Pick Tickets and Packing Slips on just this one machine. (We are networked and no other machines were affected by the changes.) Now they have a 7-character line inserted below the pick ticket number and above the page number on the packing slip.

Any ideas. I know it's an odd problem and I could not find anything in the help files with the program and our company did buy the tech support. First issue I've had that I couldn't figure out since we've installed and implemented it.

Thanks for any help of ideas!

We had the same thing. It turned out that we didn't have the barcode font (BC code 128) installed correctly. I had to remove and reinstall it via the control panel. It is available for download in the support section of Dydacomp's website. Alternately, I believe that you can turn barcodes off on those two forms
