Hello All,

My name is Neal Wexler. I joined Dydacomp around 3 1/2 years ago. At that time, SiteLINK was just starting to become really popular, and Dydacomp wanted to bring someone in who could help SiteLINK grow into the cutting edge e-commerce leader it is today.

Since that time, Ive spearheaded many advancements for SiteLINK.

- Weve built up our hosting infrastructure, by adding more powerful servers, redundant T3 lines, a secure air-conditioned server room with battery power backup, and a gas powered generator.

- Weve increased our SiteLINK Support department, and added a dedicated SiteLINK support line and 24/7 support.

- Weve completely rewritten SiteLINK using XML to improve performance, stability, and reliability, as well as offering the most standard features available.

Im proud of what weve been able to accomplish with SiteLINK. Dydacomp is a great company that really cares about its customers, and Im proud to be part of the team.

Well continue to expand SiteLINK and MOM in the upcoming years, and Im excited to see where were headed next.

Sincerely,

Neal Wexler

Funny, with their shotty support and hold times; this statement pretty much sums up their business mentality.

Thanks
KJ
