I don't know if this is a widely known product or not - but it saves me so much time & headache when sending emails through MOM.

www.cotextmagic.com is the website (no - I'm not affiliated with them) & the program is called ClickYes and it is a free program.

Everytime I tried sending emails I got that stupid message from outlook & would have to wait 5 seconds for each email & would have to physically click yes - this clickyes program makes it instant. I can send 50 emails in a flash.

I just thought I'd share this product in case anyone else has the same frustrations sending emails through MOM using Outlook.

Again, maybe I'm just the last one to know about it - love to hear your thoughts.

Hi,

Thanks for the tip. Our purchaser was driving me nuts with her complaints about the warning message.

Cheers,

DISCLAIMER: Always backup your MOMWIN folder before attempting to perform any updates, testing, etc. Once you blast the data away it's gone forever.
My advice is based on my 8 years of experience with MOM and Dydacomp. If you are not comfortable with data manipulation then hire someone who is.

Another option though a little more confusing is to use outlook express as your default email program as there is a place in the security settings to turn this off.
If you send customer notice after an order has shipped the emails do not look formatted right in the sent folders menu but they are when they get to the recipient. Just another option and I found it worked smoother for me.

By the way Dydacomp has known about this "Express Click yes" program for at least 6 months. I was talking to tech support one day and mentioned it and they had me email them the URL for it so they are aware of it. You would think they would email their customers a notice for this program to help fix a bug that was created by Microsoft. This Microsoft "fix" really disables one of the main features that helped me decide to purchase this program.

Really,

I had no idea they actually look right to the recipient in outlook express. I guess that is an option too - I like using outlook better though & that clickyes program is tiny so it doesnt bother me. I also set everone up here with a separate outlook profile so that emails can come uniform from the same sender email - that way we can use the customer service email instead of names like John or Rebecca.

If you send email notices in Mom and are having to wait 5 seconds between each email: your network administrator will be able to unblock this by customising the security settings in exchange.

Download the template files here http://www.microsoft...ools/BoxA10.htm

I don't use exchange server though - so that would not be good for me.

We are using Exchange .... Changing security settings does end the prompts.... now if we could just reformat the emails so they were presentable. :)

Is there any way to print multiple emails at one time?
