Exporting Orders

Hi, I am somwhat new to using the MOM system so bear with me, and I am really sorry if my question sounds silly. What I want to know is whether it is possible to modify the fields that are exported when you use the import/export module. I want to export the order information and the tracking number. By default all that is exported is the order information, so I would like to add the tracking number and if possible the alternate order number.

If this is possible could someone point me in the right direction on how to go about doing it.
