One of my clients uses the MOM platform, version 7.0, build 700. He is currently having issues importing orders from ShopSite. Everything I have learned about MOM, was from Dydacomp directly, last year when he still had technical support. This year, he isn't renewing his support contract because he is a 4th quarter company.

This is the error we are receiving:

MOM Version 7.0 EXE Date of 10/29/10 EXE Time of 12:19:32

Error number: 1943
Error message: Member DOCUMENTELEMENT does not evaluate to an object.

Interesting, I actually have the same error (among others). Is this the only error you have? This came with a few others for me.
