From Dydacomp.com...

Quote

Let’s face it.  Your customers have questions and want answers now.  Whether they placed their order by phone, fax, mail or online they need up-to-date order status information from you 24/7.   And while staffing an around the clock customer service center is expensive, denying your customers of the information they want when they want it can be even more costly.  Welcome to SiteLINK!

That’s right – SiteLINK.  In addition to being the only integrated shopping cart option for M.O.M., SiteLINK can also act as an “around –the-clock” customer service center putting all the “need to know” details securely online for your customer’s review.  While these features are familiar to businesses that rely on SiteLINK everyday to manage their online stores, the features are now available for any business that uses M.O.M. to process mail phone, fax or web orders, even if the orders were collected in an online ecommerce application other than SiteLINK!

As a M.O.M. user getting started is simple.  To find out more about this or other SiteLINK featrures simply contact us at sitelinkservice@dydacomp.com or by phone at (800) 858-3666 ext 260.

From a competitor. Who's had this product 6 months before this message.

These folks are unbelievable. They can't produce a product, so why not steal their competitors marketing and use it against them.

Anyone actually have Dydacomp's product? Is it real? We use Freeportway's and it works fine -- as advertised.

I can totally understand your frusterations, I have dealt with Dydacomp for 8 years :)

Lets try to keep from bashing them too much here though, we want to try to create a place for people to help each other work out/around MOM & Sitelink related problems without having to pay for costly support.

Thanks,

Dana

I don't think i'm bashing them at all.

I think its a reality that they do some pretty "questionable" things to keep a hold of their customers.

And i'm not frustrated anymore. We use MOM happily, once we were off SiteLINK and using Freeportway's stuff, our site problems went away -- not too mention we ended up making more money because our customers could actually shop!
