Tracking postal orders in MOM 5.4

We currently use Endica for shipping via USPS in MOM5.4. We also use UPS to ship. We import tracking numbers for both USPS and UPS into MOM, but the 'Track Package' button in MOM is grayed out for any orders that were shipped via USPS, even though the tracking number is displaying in MOM. We poked around at the settings for the postal shipping options. We saw that there is an option in the top right-hand corner of the General Information tab when you open up a shipping option called 'Shipping ID/Account'. I entered our Endicia account number there in hopes that I would then be able to track our postal orders. I went to an order that we shipped out via PP, but the 'Track Package' button still would not work. Do you think that on new orders the Track Package button will be usable now that I have our Endicia account number entered for all of our USPS shipping options?

Malaize - I have found that in order to make the "Track Package" button active for USPS orders, you need to go into Global Parameters -> Shipping -> USPS. Once there, check the box that says USPS Electronic Delivery Confirmation, save it, and it should now work. Sometimes MOM is a little weird (when isn't it, really) and the button will still be grayed out. When this happens, if I click on View/Edit Box, then click save, when I come out the "Track Package" button will now be available.

I'm a bit late on this response. The "Track Package" button now works for most of the USPS orders. Sometimes it will be grayed out but if you change to a different tab and then come back to the Shipping tab it will work. Definitely quirky, but at least it works most of the time.
