Hello Everyone,
I am having problems getting MOM to launch from any of our workstations. I keep getting the GLDONE error. I have read over this forum and saw that other memebers were getting the same problem. I have tired eveyones suggestions without any luck. I noticed that some of the memebers were able to get a zip file with ten files from the MOM company that seemed to repair the problem. I didn't know if someone still has thoses files and would be so kind as to e-mail them to me? My e-mail is [email protected].

Thanks for any help!!!! Our company system is down and in dire need of help!

Hi Paulc,

So sorry that noone replied to the gldone error you were receiving. I am sure by now that it has been resolved. I looked through my old emails from Dydacomp and I still have the Foxtools.zip file saved, so if anyone ever needs a copy of it to resolve gldone errors please let me know.

cheers,

there are other files needed as well... such as the help files (don't ask me why)... MOM Helpers has a little utility that has all the needed files

You are correct. The Foxtools.zip file actually contains the following files.

dbuwin
foxtools.fll
Genricpd.app
momhelp

And I still have a copy of it if anyone ever needs it. Sometimes I don't check my private messages on this site, so it is best to request this file by emailing me at [email protected]
