#1968 Catalogue Requests
Posted by Flower_Farm on 23 January 2008 - 02:29 AM in Order Import/Export
When Catalogue requests are made through our website they automatically come through to our email, this is very annoying as we have to then type their information into MOM to print a catalogue label.
We really need to set it up so we have the catalogue requests download straight through to MOM from our website. How would I set this up and would it be through IEM?
Thanks

#1967 Printer Default
Posted by Flower_Farm on 23 January 2008 - 01:18 AM in Invoicing and Printing Issues
Every time we print from MOM it automatically sets a printer to send to, obviously we need it to print to our main printer so we change the set up for that particular report etc......but is there a set up for all reports etc so the printer set up is correct everytime so there is no need to change individual set up?
Sorry if this doen't make any sense but I dont really know how to explain it
Thanks

#1966 Automatic Shipping Calculations Module
Posted by Flower_Farm on 23 January 2008 - 01:12 AM in General Mail Order Manager Discussion
We ordered the Automatic shipping calc module months back and have only just realised that we have actually got it, stupid I know but we were unaware!
I cant quite get my head around using it and MOM support have said it is a training issue to get started.
Who else is using this module and what do you think of it?
Thanks

#1960 Importing email addresses
Posted by Flower_Farm on 18 January 2008 - 04:37 AM in Email Issues & List Management
I have recently signed up for a free trial of graphic mail as we need to send out mailshots to our customers asap. We are looking to send mailshots approx 4 times a year to 5 / 6,000 addresses.
I need to know how to import email addresses from MOM onto graphic mail, How do you do this?
Also, Has any one else used Graphic Mail or anything like it? If so what do you think of it?
Any suggestions welcome!
Thanks

Sorry to ask so many questions at once but you have got to start somewhere!!
- Is there any way of setting up page numbers on Orders / Invoices?
- When downloading, Why do we have to exit and then re-enter MOM for the orders to appear on our screen?
many Thanks!

There are certain items that I need to remove from discount how do I do this instead of just unticking the 'remove product from discount' box everytime?
Thanks

#1950 Automated email
Posted by Flower_Farm on 08 January 2008 - 03:11 AM in Email Issues & List Management
Is there a way that an email could be automatically sent to the customer when the item they have ordered is back ordred?
Also, when an item has been dispatched, could an automated email be sent to the customer? If so, could this be done through the scanning stage?
Thanks!!

#1946 A newbie to the forum
Posted by Flower_Farm on 07 January 2008 - 08:42 AM in MOM FAQ Introductions
I am new to this forum but am already finding it very useful! I work at a flower farm in cornwall, UK, We rely on MOM for our orders. I am currently trying to sort out a few problems and hopefully adjust some aspects of MOM so we are ready for the busy season, which is creeping up on us extremely quickly!
So any one with any tips / information on MOM feel free to be in contact!
Thanks

#1944 back orders
Posted by Flower_Farm on 07 January 2008 - 04:42 AM in General Mail Order Manager Discussion
I am a newbie here, I work for a flower company and we rely on MOM. I have been asked to investigate further into MOM and sort certain things out.
One of my questions is;
Why does stock appear to be back ordered when we know that the stock is available? This normally affects on hold items.
Any information would be great
Thanks
