I am having problems deleting some old stock items from our system. The issue seems to be that these particular items have stock on hand which is not assigned to any bin. Any ideas?

We use Bartender from Seagul software. You will have to have a VB script written for it to read the MOM dB but it works fine with 4.3 and now 5.
