I use oscommerce for one of my websites and integrate with MOM. There is an order export contribution on the support site that you can download.

We use Clippership from Kewill and it works flawlessly using the USI interface for tracking packages.
We rateshop every package, so when entered we have only three shipping methods (ground, express, overnight). Clippership shows us the best rate, and fastest delivery.
