We just got Remote Desktop Services set up and it is serving out the MOM workstation which works almost perfectly. The one issue we are having is that when we try to print stock labels, we get a series of random characters (copyright, trademark, greater than, etc) rather than the barcode. UPS labels fail to print altogether. Our Zebra printer definitely works in the remote session as we can print a test page there. So, I'm thinking it has something to do with the barcode fonts but those are definitely installed on the server as they do show up in Notepad. Any ideas?

We have been having a major issue with items missing from our "Master" pick list (the one that is sort of a summary of all orders). They will print on the individual pick tickets but not on this master list.

At other times, a single order will print multiple times on the "Master" pick list with different bin locations. This will be a single item order printing multiple different times (I've seen as many as 4) but with a different bin location each time.

I have one workstation that refuses to print UPS labels. The printer works, it prints test pages, international labels (via galaxyship) etc but MOM does not send the job to the printer for some reason.

Suggestions?
