Need to import previous calls to TELEMARK table to add to the "Contact Hist." tab in "Customer" (going forward, the calls are logged directly into MOM). The call log resides in the TELEMARK table in the "SUMMARY" memo field. I'm using dbuwin and appending. However, no information comes thru (used Excel and .dbf files).
MOM tech support suggests something with the TELEMARK.FPT file. Help, please!
